Firm, dry, ripe, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty, nutty and dried vegetal aromas, elegant, fairly lively acidity, ripe tannins provide noticeable grip, prominent mineral notes, persistent,good substance, some depth, minty notes on a very good juicy, elegant, spicy and grippy finish.
