Cool nose, still closed, nutty, earthy and light vegetal notes, hint of mushrooms, restrained yellow fruit, iodine and earthy notes. Fairly firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, smoky, yeasty and prominent nutty aromas, fairly lively acidity, noticeable, slightly astringent tannins, hint of bacon and peppery traces in the background, touch of mushrooms, light earthy and mineral notes, very light toasted notes, tart, citrussy notes on a very good juicy, tart, grippy finish.
