Fairly tart and firm nose, but also elegant, light vegetal and earthy notes, hint of bacon, restrained yellow fruit, prominent floral notes. Clear, cool, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, citrus and pomaceous fruit, very elegant acidity, slightly sandy but well integrated tannins, sage in the background, good persistence, light, slightly chalky mineral notes, some depth, still largely undeveloped, very good tart, cool finish. Needs time to mature.
