Nutty nose, pomaceous fruit, floral and herbaceous traces, light mineral notes. Clear, polished, tart fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, delicate grip, light mineral notes in the background, fairly cool style, good persistence, yeasty notes, very delicate hint of bacon, still young, good to very good, cool finish.
