Firm nose, ripe black berries, licorice and a hint of tobacco, sooty oak and a touch of dark chocolate, some coffee, dried vegetal traces. Tart, dark fruit on the palate, fairly cool and juicy, smoky, toasted oak, some more coffee and dark chocolate, fine sandy, youthful tannins, light salty notes in the background, some depth, peppery traces on a very good, firm, tart, juicy finish, again with some smoky, spicy oak.
