Cool nose, light smoky, vegetal and herbaceous notes, red and some black berries, hint of juniper, mineral traces. Clear, cool, firm, juicy, delicately sweetish fruit on the palate, yeasty, herbaceous and mineral notes, lively, fine youthful tannins, fairly persistent, floral traces, hint of bacon, salty notes in the background, hint of tobacco on a good to very good cool, polished, elegant, juicy finish.
