, The family business is run by Bernhard and Heike Frick. The vineyards cover four hectares of vineyards in the individual layers Sonnhohle (Binzen and Rümmingen) and Weingarten (Fischingen). They are planted with the white varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Müller-Thurgau, Gutedel, Nobling and Sauvignon Blanc, as well as with the red varieties Pinot Noir, Dornfelder, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It becomes natural, environmentally friendly viticulture with no herbicides
and participation in biotechnological pest control measures. The rows of vines are planted all year round with sowing of legumes
and flowering plants. In the historic vaulted cellar from the 16th century, the wines are thoroughly fermented and dry-grown, except for the noble sweet ones. Bottle-fermented sparkling wines and fine spirits are also produced in the in-house distillery.
