1999 Spätburgunder trocken Alte Reben, Baden, Germany

Strong and cool aroma of cherries and dark berries with roasted woody notes. well-knitted juicy fruit, also in the mouth rather cool style, concentrated and dense, delicate tannin, dry spice of wood and smoke in the background, appears to be still closed up, long-lasting on the palate, vibrant body, cool smoky and fruity finish.
