Translate to English Fester und tiefer, noch eine Spur reduktiver Duft mit sehr feinen, zitrusbetonten gelbfruchtigen Aromen, etwas Hefe, nussigen bis Holzigen Spuren, angedeutet Kräutern und deutlicher Mineralik. Sehr fest im Mund, saftig, dicht und komplex, leicht rauchige Holznoten, nussige Anklänge und noch etwas Hefe, straffe Säure und feiner Griff, nachhaltig, enorme, herbe, helle Mineralik, zupackend am Gaumen, ausgezeichnete Substanz und Tiefe, bleibt trotz seiner Kraft eher kühl, noch sehr jung, langer, herber, fester Abgang mit Saft, Mineralik und leicht rauchiger Würze. Darf weiter reifen.
