Translate to English Noch unruhiger, etwas reduktiver Duft mit heller Holzwürze, Rauch und festen, noblen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, Pilzen und vegetabilen Tönen sowie deutlicher, heller Mineralik. Herb-saftig und noch verschlossen im Mund, kräuterig-pflanzliche und hefige Noten, merklicher Säurebiss, ganz leicht rauchig, viel Biss, nachhaltig, griffig und salzig, gewisse Tiefe, noch kaum entwickelt, wird mit Luft immer noch feiner, tiefer und komplexer, verhaltene, helle Holztöne, sehr guter bis langer, ziemlich straffer Abgang, wieder mit reichlich Säurebiss und nobler Frucht.
