2015 Wolfsheim Sankt Kathrin Silvaner trocken Bernhard's Lagenwein, Rheinhessen, Germany

Clear nose, mineral and herbaceous notes, delicate whiff of dried flowers, elegant yellow fruit, very light ethereal notes. Ripe, juicy, polished fruit on the palate, very elegant, lively acidity, yeasty notes, vegetal, herbaceous and floral aromas, persistent, salty and chalky mineral notes, hint of white pepper, elegant bite and some grip, some depth, still young, very good firm, juicy finish.
