Cool, vegetable and floral grapefruit nose with a hint of dark berries. Somewhat muted, slightly sweetish fruit, planty, yeasty and delicately peppery notes, matching acidity, some tannin, nutty traces, earthy to mineral tones, sweetish-tart, again slightly muted finish with chalky minerality
