Astringent, nutty, a little dried plant and slightly woody aroma with restrained, light yellow fruity aromas, a little smoke and quite clear minerality. Rather firm, tart, light-coloured fruit with yeasty, nutty and also a little smoky tones, fine, quite lively acidity, good substance and persistence, clear minerality, still young, a hint of bacon, hinted white pepper, very good, firm, tangy-juicy finish with draught
