2015 Riesling trocken Hargardun, Rheingau, Germany

Firm nose, still restless and slightly sulphurous, herbaceous and prominent yeasty notes, restrained ripe, partly candied yellow fruit, earthy and mineral notes, cool floral traces. Very tart, undeveloped, restrained fruit on the palate, fairly prominent acidity, yeasty and vegetal aromas, citrus zests, hint of mussel shells, aromas reminiscent of a good chanpagne, persistent, light mineral notes, ripe tannins provide firm grip, nutty traces, very delicately sweetish and creamy, some depth, still totally undeveloped, clear contours, some bite on a very good finish.
