Fairly firm nose, yeasty and herbaceous notes, prominent mineral notes, restrained tart yellow fruit, peppery traces. Clear, polished, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal and very prominent yeasty aromas, lively, elegant acidity, persistent, good grip, rather cold style, herbaceous traces, salty mineral notes, hint of white pepper, still largely undeveloped, light floral traces, clear contours, very good finish.
