nose still reductive and yeasty, prominent vegetal notes, restrained yellow fruit, light earthy notes. Tranquil sweet fruit on the palate, tart yeasty, earthy and mineral notes, light vegetal notes, very elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide light grip, noticeably salty, good persistence, slightly spicy, more earthy than fruity notes, very good sweet finish with tart mineral notes.
