Light nutty and floral notes on the nose, herbaceous traces, red and yellow fruit, prominent yeasty notes, spicy traces. Fairly firm, juicy, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty aromas, delicate smoky, spicy and herbaceous notes, fine mousse, appealing tannic grip, persistent, some depth, light hint of bacon and mushrooms, has grip and bite on a very good, juicy, slightly sweetish finish.
