Translate to English Relativ fester, ganz leicht rauchiger und tabakiger, auch noch hefiger Duft mit eher kühlen Noten reifer gelber Früchte, frisch-pflanzlichen, an Petersilie erinnernden Aromen, einem Hauch Tabak, Butter und heller Mineralik. Kühl und saftig im Mund, dabei völlig trocken, helle tabakige und holzige Noten, etwas Rauch, feine, lebendige Säure, merklich Salz im Hintergrund, etwas Griff von sehr feinem Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, noch jung, viel Frische, Saft und Zug im sehr guten Abgang.
