The winery is located in the municipality Mainz-Kostheim
in the German growing area Rheingau
, The operation is managed by Michael and Gabriele Bott. The vineyards cover three hectares of vineyards in the individual layers Reichestal
(Hochheim) and St. Kiliansberg (Kostheim). They are planted with the white varieties Riesling and Pinot Gris, as well as with the red varieties Pinot Noir and Merlot. It is operated consistently close to nature, environmentally friendly viticulture. Quality criteria are low yields from old vines and selective harvest of almost overripe grapes. It also produces bottled fermented sparkling wine.
