2018 Riesling Spätlese trocken "Blauschiefer", Mosel, Germany

Fairly tart, slightly dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, also mineral and slightly peppery, with restrained citrus and stone oysters. Ripe, fairly firm, very slightly muted fruit, noticeable tannic touch and quite lively acidity, yeasty notes, slightly greasy and a touch of mushroom on the palate, quite prominent mineral notes, some warmth, full-bodied, good to very good, only slightly muted finish.
