Prominent mineral character, apples, peppery and herbaceous on the nose. Concentrated and juicy in the mouth, loads of ripe fruit, prominent pepper and herbaceous notes, elegant acidity, mineral backbone, full-bodied and creamy, but also has bite, persistent on the palate, very good structure, remains firm and taut, good depth, long finish with peppery and prominent mineral notes.
