Very light yeasty notes on the nose, hint of bacon, restrained, fairly cool, partly dried vegetal notes, pomaceous fruit, light nutty and delicate floral traces. Youthful, fairly creamy fruit on the palate, hint of sugar candy, elegant, lively acidity, hint of tobacco in the backgroumnd, good grip, clear contours, good persistence, dark mineral notes, light peppery notes on a very good, slightly sweetish and creamy finish.
