Relatively cool and fairly firm, herbal to herbaceous aroma with reserved, light yellow-fruity aromas, a hint of root vegetables and floral nuances. Very dry, again reserved fruit, vegetable spice, delicately yeasty, nutty and floral on the palate, hinted white pepper, very fine acidity and moderate touch of ripe tannin, lasting, some depth, quite clear minerality, a hint of bacon, very good, quite firm finish with some warmth
