2016 Escherndorf Lump Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken Himmelsleiter, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, partly preserved and candied yellow fruit, herbaceous and floral traces, touch of yellow spice. Slightly muted, fairly tart fruit on the palate, vegetal and earthy notes, fairly prominent acidity, some substance and persistence, noticeable tannins, earthy and mineral notes in the background, light floral notes, fairlycool style, slightly muted, juicy finish.
