2017 Escherndorf Lump Riesling trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Slightly muted nose, vegetal notes, restrained yellow fruit aromas, earthy and mineral traces. Fairly juicy, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, touch of yellow spice and some waxy notes, lively, lemony acidity, fine sandy tannins, fairly persistent, earthy and vegetal notes, slightly rough, some more waxy traces on a good, sweetish, tart finish.
