Firm, tart nose, partly dried vegetal notes, restrained yellow fruit aromas, earthy and mineral notes, hint of root vegetables. Ripe, sweetish, creamy, warm fruit on the palate, vegetal, floral and light yeasty notes, hint of black berries and juniper, elegant acidity, nutty notes, good persistence, quite full-bodied, cool herbaceous notes, light ethereal notes, some coconut, candied fennel and more black berries on a good to very good, sweet, warm, slightly soft finish.
