Translate to English Ziemlich würzige, mineralische Nase nach Äpfeln und Birnen mit zart hefigen Tönen. Klar und feinsaftig im Mund, leicht würzig, mit sehr feiner Säure und relativ viel Schmelz, nicht ganz trockener Stil, mineralische Noten im Hintergrund, harmonisch, nicht allzu tief, guter Abgang.

Fest und recht saftig im Mund, nicht ganz trocken, sehr feine Säure, nussige und süßlich-kräuterige Aromen, viel Schmelz, recht kräftiger Körper, gute Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, im Hintergrund auch Bittertöne, ordentlicher bis guter, würziger und süßlich-herber Abgang.
