Recht geschliffene, wieder zurückhaltende Frucht mit kühlen pflanzlichen bis kräuterigen Aromen, heller, erdiger Mineralik, etwas Salz und noch einer Spur Hefe, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, lebendige, feine Säure und etwas Gerbstoff-Griff, ganz leichtes Bitter, guter bis sehr guter Abgang mit Saft, straffer Säure und Griff.
