The estate is located in the community Landau-Wollmesheim (area Southern Wine Route) in the German wine-growing region palatinate
, It is run by Bruno Leiner. The vineyards cover 19 hectares of vineyards in the individual layers Mütterle (Wollmesheim), Kalmit
(Ilbesheim) and Sonnenberg
(Leinsweiler). They are planted with the white varieties Riesling, Silvaner, Rivaner, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Scheurebe, Bacchus, Gewürztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc, and with the red varieties Pinot Noir, Frühburgunder, Dornfelder, Portugieser, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and dark fields. The white wines are slowly fermented cool in the steel tank and fruity-fresh expanded. The red wines ripen after classic mash fermentation depending on the type in steel tanks, large oak barrels or in barrique. Bottle-fermented sparkling wines, brandies and grape juice are also produced.
