2006 Kremstal Grüner Veltliner trocken Reserve Leopold, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Restrained and very delicate nose, ripe melon, yellow apples and medlar. Full-bodied on the palate, but not clumsy, creamy, densly structured apple and melon fruit, gentle and gripping at the same time, almost elegant, high extract and some residual sugar provide some elegant sweetness, clean, elegant mineral notes, hint of peppery spice and herbaceous notes, Burgundian character, integrated ripe acidity, good long finish.
