The traditional winery is located in Zöbing am Kamp in the wine-growing region Kamptal (Lower Austria). It was founded in 1896 by Josef Eder. Today it is owned by granddaughter Notburga Sedlmayr. At the turn of the millennium, a new orientation with oenological support by Jürgen von der Mark ( Master of Wine ). Since 2009, Ulrich Fiala (Managing Director), Oliver Fischer (Winemaker) and Marc Fernandez (Public Relation, International Business Relations) have been responsible for the operation.

Multiple, rigorous checks and selection ensure that only healthy and fully ripe grapes are processed. The use of machines is largely avoided.
