2005 Kamptal Ried Seeberg Grüner Veltliner trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Slightly diffuse nose, prominent vegetal notes, gunpowder and barnyard notes, some pomaceous fruit and melon. Creamy on the palate, fruity and vegetal notes, peppery notes, earthy and mineral notes, tranquil acidity, full-bodied, good persistence, has some depth, but unfortunately again slightly diffuse contours, fairly prominent tannins, lasts much longer than had initially been expected, tart spicy notes on a good creamy finish.
