Yeasty nose, light vegetal and delicate floral notes, elegant stone fruit, some citrus notes, hint of dark berries, mineral traces. Elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal, herbaceous and yeasty aromas, lively acidity, still slightly muted on the palate, hint of black berries and elderflowers, fairly persistent, salty traces in the background, good to very good finish.
