2004 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Lagrein Riserva, Alto Adige, Italy

Preserved tart cherries and mixed berries on the nose, herbaceous notes, smoky, spicy oak. Fairly mature on the palate, some more slightly tart fruit, tart, smoky, spicy oak, medium body, slightly persistent, acid bite and lemony notes on a good finish.
