Editor note: Fairly shy nose, blueberries,m dried red currants and some cassis, herbaceous notes, hint of chocolate, light spicy oak. Elegant, partly preserved and partly dried red currant fruit and some cassis on the palate, medicinal herbs and some old oak, prominent fennel, moderate mineral notes, vegetal notes in the background, integrated, fine-grained tannins, quite full-bodied and has some substance, elegant and polished in spite of the noticeable alcohol, very good finish.
