2008 Kalterersee/Lago di Caldaro DOC Auslese "Bischofsleiten", Alto Adige, Italy

Red berries on the nose, slightly burnt notes, delicate undergrowth and light animal notes. More light animal notes on the palate, medicinal herbs and red berries, delicate acid bite, very slightly astringent, slightly sandy tannins, slightly noticeable alcohol on an attractive finish.
