2008 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Cabernet, Alto Adige, Italy

Muted berry nose, undergrowth and herbaceous notes, earthy notes and a hint of potato. Some barrel notes on the palate, preserved and dried berry fruit, light earthy and vegetal notes, very slightly noticeable tannins, some old oak on an attractive finish.
