2008 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Pinot Nero, Alto Adige, Italy

Slightly muted nose, partly dried red berries, delicate spice, light earthy notes and medicinal herbs- Fairly light-bodied on the palate, elegant, spicy dried berry fruit, earthy notes and some undergrowth, hint of mushrooms in the background, very light acid bite, integrated, fine-grained tannins, polished and refreshing, good finish.
