2009 Kalterersee/Lago di Caldaro DOC Classico Auslese "Bischofsleiten", Alto Adige, Italy

Clear, fairly elegant red berry nose, delicate floral notes, herbaceous traces. Polished, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, delicate hint of chocolate, fine mature tannins, floral and herbaceous traces, good persistence, prominent mineral notes, very delicate acid bite, refreshing, clearly shows its origin, very good finish. Lovely wine from Lake Kaldaro.
