2016 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Pinot Bianco, Alto Adige, Italy

Fairly cool nose, prominent vegetal and delicate floral notes, restrained, elegant yellow fruit, still slightly yeasty. Tart, fairly light-bodied, restrained fruit on the palate, lively acidity, yeasty and light floral notes, hint of lemon, some bite, fairly persistent, good tart finish.
