Restrained nose, herbaceous and nutty notes, hint of bacon, pomaceous and a hint of citrus fruit, touch of tarragon and mustard seed. Fairly firm, juicy fruit on the palate, lively acidity, more herbaceous notes reminiscent of tarragon, salty notes, hint of lemon, good substance and persistence, floral and light nutty traces, hint of bacon in the background, noticeable warm alcohol, good to very good finish.
