Cool, fairly fresh nose, prominent vegetal aromas, white and green fruit, some yellow fruit and floral traces. Clear, tart, juicy, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, elegant acidity, yeasty notes, prominent vegetal aromas, fairly fresh style, good substance and persistence, chalky, salty mineral notes in the background, light floral notes, fairly firm structure, straightforward style, excellent balance, some depth, very good, tart, juicy, vegetal and mineral finish. Very well made.
