returned Christian Bamberger jr. returned to his parents' winery in 2004 and has been running the business in the 14th generation of families since 2007.
The vineyards cover 14 hectares of vineyards in individual locations King of rock
, Mühlberg (Schlossböckelheim), Domberg, Johannesberg (Sobernheim) and Marienpforter Klosterberg (Waldböckelheim). They are planted with the white varieties Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc, as well as with the red varieties Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Dorsa, Cabernet Cortis and Merlot. For the premium collection there was one dense planting
in the individual layers of Mühlberg and Königsfels.
The white wines are mostly aged in steel tanks. After traditional mash fermentation, the red wines mature in wooden barrels or in barriques. The premium wines include the lines "Collection CB7" with "Sauvignon Blanc fumé" and "Spätburgunder QX" as well as the cuvée group "nomen est omen" with the white wines "Sorgenfrei" and "Nachhall", the Rosé Cabernet "Lichtblick" and the red wines "lust for power" and "radiance". The best-selling wine is the white-pressed "Merlot blanc de noir". The bottle-fermented sect “Riesling brut” and “Spätburgunder Blanc de noir brut” are also produced.
