Translate to English Getrocknet-pflanzlicher bis tabakiger, holzwürziger Duft nach teils getrockneten Beeren und eingelegten Kirschen mit Noten von schwarzem Pfeffer, gemahlenem Piment und etwas Vanille. Etwas säuerliche, herbe, dennoch reife Frucht im Mund, wieder gewürzige Töne, getrocknete Heilkräuter, dunkle erdig-mineralische Beitöne, deutlich holzige und etwas fleischige Anklänge, präsente, mittelfeine, aber auch trocknende Tannine, hat Kraft und Substanz, recht guter Abgang mit Anklängen an Suppenkräuter. Schon antrinkbar, darf aber auch weiter reifen und legt womöglich noch zu.
