Translate to English Herber, deutlich vegetabiler, etwas hefiger und zart pfeffriger Duft mit sehr verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Aromen. Kühle, schlanke, wieder verhaltene Frucht, hefige und deutlich grün-pflanzliche Töne, etwas Wurzelgemüse, relativ feines Mousseux, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, nicht allzu tief, eine Spur Champignons im Hintergrund, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang mit einem Hauch Speck.
