Herbal, herbaceous and yeasty notes, with restrained yellow fruit aromas, floral notes and very slightly earthy notes. Clear, fairly cool, tart, juicy fruit with lively acidity, nutty yeast aromas and floral traces, earthy and mineral notes in the background, moderate tannic acid, good substance and persistence, bone-dry style, delicate floral in the background, hint of dark berries, very good, tart style - juicy, cool finish with a bite.

Best to drink: Mitte 2019 bis 2022+. What our ratings mean
