2018 Weil trocken "Blanc de Noir", Baden, Germany

Nutty notes on the nose, light vegetal notes, light yellow fruit aromas, floral traces. Firm, tart, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, nutty aromas, elegant acidity, fairly prominent chalky and salty mineral notes, yeasty traces, light tannic grip, good persistence, delicate hint of oak, still young, very good, firm finish.
