Zurückhaltende, zartsüße Frucht mit herben erdig-mineralischen und pflanzlichen bis kräuterigen Noten, passende Säure, etwas trocknender Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, guter, wieder süßlich-herber Abgang mit Griff.
