Firm, somewhat dried vegetable to herbaceous and smoky, bacon-like aroma of ripe, partly candied citrus fruits and stone fruit with hinted reduction tones, floral aromas and clear minerality. Ripe, juicy, sweetish fruit with nutty-yeasty, floral and also fine vegetable aromas, very fine acidity, a hint of red berries on the palate, good substance and persistence, clear, rather dark minerality, touch of crumbly tannin, good depth, still young, a little candy in the background, a touch of pepper and yellow-spicy nuances, very good, juicy, spicy and mineral finish
