Herbal-vegetable, nutty, peppery and also floral aroma with yellow fruity and clearly mineral notes, still some yeast and bacony nuances. Firmly woven and tart in the mouth, restrained, bright fruit with yeasty, nutty and slightly smoky-bacon flavors, some light wood, lively acidity and grip of ripe tannin, dense and persistent, still barely developed, some depth, clear minerality, some dry herbs, notes reminiscent of capers, very good, firm finish.
